"The Control of Artificial Optical Radiation at Work Regulations 2010" is a UK specific document that relates to the law with regards to laser safety and exposure, where as the HS(G)95 was a guideline document that covered best working practices, and as mentioned, has now been superseded by the PLASA guidance.
